3 Bird Hunting Rig

The Pacific Flyway Decoy Association (PFDA) is excited to continue the  PFDA Hunting Heritage Decoy Rig competition sponsored by California Waterfowl Association (CWA). For 2026, all carvers may enter a three-bird rig of North Shovelers.
